Our of this world pancakes!
Made an entire bag of pancake mix- yield 7 restaurant size pancakes- which were out of this world! Easy to substitute plant based ingredients for Vegans- used flax egg and 1/2 almond 1/2 cashew milk with exceptional results. These pancakes are so much better than any mix you can find in the stores. Planning to make these a weekly routine!
Loved the Swedish Brioche cinnamon buns!
