Our sourdough starter has been lovingly nurtured for many years using high quality organic flour, and is taken from the exact same batch we use for our sourdough bread. We’ve dehydrated it at its peak activity so that you can have your starter ready to work in as little as 5 days.
All of the Mother Loaf’s sourdough starters are made with organic flour and produced in an inspected and certified residential kitchen.
A QR code on the back of the package takes you directly to detailed instructions on exactly how to get your starter up and running so you can bake that first loaf.
